Custom domain not verifying

  • DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours
  • Confirm SPF, DKIM (apex), and MX (replies.{domain}) records match CutBench exactly
  • Click Verify DNS again after changes

Customer emails from platform address

If custom domain is pending or from-address does not match the verified domain, CutBench silently falls back to the platform sender. Emails still deliver.

Inbound email not arriving

  • Confirm you are sending to jobs@{slug}.cutbench.io or the job-specific address
  • Check spam filters
  • Verify slug in Settings → General
