Common issues
Access denied or missing menu item
Your admin may have disabled a permission area for your account. Ask an org admin to check Settings → Members.
MFA grace period expired
If your org requires MFA, set up an authenticator app under Settings → Security before the grace period ends.
Cannot see a job
Fitters only see assigned jobs. Templaters see claimed/assigned jobs. Office staff need Jobs permission.
Invite link expired
Ask your admin to resend the invite from Settings → Members or Templaters.
Wrong organisation after sign-in
Use the org switcher in the sidebar to select the correct workspace.
