Creating a support ticket

Open a ticket when you need help from the CutBench team.

Steps

  1. Go to Support in the dashboard footer.
  2. Click New ticket.
  3. Enter subject, category, and message with as much detail as possible.
  4. Submit — track replies on the ticket detail page.

Include job refs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce when reporting bugs.
