Stock overview
Stock tracks materials independently of jobs. By default you work with individual slabs (sizes, shop codes, and photos). Quantity stock (adhesives, sinks, and similar) can be turned on in Settings → Stock.
Who can do this
Users with access to the Jobs area (stock uses the same permission).
Features
- Search and filter inventory
- Low stock filter — find items below threshold
- Statuses: In house, On order, and others
- Individual slabs — track full slabs and remnants by shop code, size, and photo
- Shop codes & supplier IDs — write a short code on the slab edge; optional supplier mark and QR labels
- Look up / scan — find a piece on your phone by typing a code or scanning a label
- Quote planning — soft-plan slabs on a quote; reserve when the quote is accepted
- Remnant from cut — when marking a slab used on a job, optionally create leftover remnant pieces with photos
