Stock overview
Stock tracks materials independently of jobs — SKU, location, vendor, and status. By default you work with individual slabs (sizes and photos). Quantity stock (adhesives, sinks, and similar) can be turned on in Settings → Stock.
Who can do this
Users with access to Stock (via Jobs area or dedicated stock nav).
Features
- Search and filter inventory
- Low stock filter — find items below threshold
- Statuses: In house, On order, and others
- Individual slabs — track full slabs and remnants by size and photo, then allocate one piece to a job without double-booking
- Remnant from cut — when marking a slab used on a job, optionally create leftover remnant pieces with photos
