Quote settings

Configure Quote Studio under Settings → Quote. Use these tabs after you enable Quote Studio on billing (or during your Pro + Quote Studio trial).

Who can do this​

Organisation admins. Full catalogue and price-list editing requires Quote Studio on your plan.

Shops without the add-on can still brand quote PDFs for CounterGo-style sends where that path is available; Studio catalogues need the add-on.

Tabs​

General​

  • Turn Quote Studio on or off for the organisation
  • Default worktop depth (typically 600 mm)
  • Default joint type for L and U shapes (butt or mitre)
  • Slab planning on/off
  • Drawing colours for edges and splash on the canvas

Price lists​

Create retail or builder price lists with materials priced per m² or per slab, wastage rules, slab dimensions, and optional swatch images. Link items to Stock when you want holds and availability in Studio.

Edges & cutouts​

Maintain edge profiles and a cutout catalogue (sink, hob, tap, draining grooves, socket, pop-up socket, and other). These appear in the Studio right panel and Items tool.

PDF​

Brand Quote Studio PDFs: logo, accent colour, terms, validity days, and material preview options. This is separate from invoice PDF branding.

tip

New workspaces on the Pro + Quote Studio trial already have Quote Studio enabled. After the trial, choose Pro + Quote Studio or add Quote Studio on Pro under Settings → Billing.
