Email settings

Configure how CutBench sends customer-facing emails.

Sending tab (Pro for custom domain)​

  1. Register your shop's apex domain.
  2. Add SPF + DKIM DNS records (Step 1).
  3. Add MX on replies.{domain} for reply capture (Step 2).
  4. Click Verify DNS — status becomes Active when propagated.
  5. Set From email on your verified domain.

Without a verified domain, customer emails send from the platform address (still delivered).

Templates tab​

Edit email templates for quotes, invoices, and automation messages.

Scenes to record:

  • Open Settings → Email → Sending tab
  • Register domain and copy DNS records
  • Verify DNS in CutBench
  • Set from-address and send test quote email

Custom sending domains require the Pro plan and DNS access at your domain host.
