Email settings

Configure how CutBench sends customer-facing emails.

Sending tab (Pro for custom domain)​

  1. Register your shop's apex domain and add the SPF and DKIM records CutBench shows.
  2. Verify sending. When it is verified, the page shows your domain as ready.
  3. Set up reply receiving on jobs.{domain} so customer replies land on the job. Do not change the MX records for your normal company mailbox.
  4. Set the From name and From email on your verified domain.

Until sending is verified, customer emails use the platform address.

Templates tab​

Quote, invoice, and payment reminder each have their own card. Open a card to edit the subject and message. Click a detail to insert it where the cursor is.

Scenes to record:

  • Open Settings → Email → Sending
  • Register the domain and add the DNS records
  • Verify sending, then set up reply receiving on jobs.yourdomain
  • Set the from address

Custom sending domains require the Pro plan and DNS access at your domain host.
