Convert a lead

When the enquiry is ready to quote (or schedule), convert it so CutBench creates the customer and job for you.

Steps​

  1. Open Leads and find the lead (or open it from the edit drawer).
  2. Click Convert.
  3. Confirm the job title, site address, and customer type (end customer or showroom).
  4. Confirm — you are taken to the new job.
  5. Create a quote in Quote Studio from the job Quotes panel (or import a CounterGo PDF if you quoted elsewhere).

Converted leads stay in the list with status Converted and a link back to the job. They cannot be edited or deleted.
