Capacity

The Capacity tab shows this week’s workshop load and overdue schedule dates in one place — without exporting a CSV.

Who can do this​

Same as the rest of Reports: Pro plan, plus the Reporting permission area. Organisation admins always have access.

What you see​

  • Active jobs — count of jobs not marked done
  • Cuts due this week — jobs with a cut planned date in the current Monday–Sunday week
  • Overdue items — active jobs whose template, cut, or fit date is before today (with breakdown by type)
  • Jobs by stage — bar chart of active jobs in each status
  • Daily cut load — how many cuts are planned per day for the date range you picked at the top of Reports
  • Overdue schedule table — list of overdue jobs with links into the job detail

tip

Cut planned dates come from the job (and show on the calendar). Keep them up to date so Capacity stays useful.
