Customer choices

On a Quote Studio quote you can offer finish options and optional extras so the customer can pick a budget before you approve the work.

Who can do this​

Users with Quotes permission and Quote Studio enabled.

Set up choices in Studio​

  1. Open or create a quote in Quote Studio and go to the price step.
  2. In Customer choices, set a heading (default: Choose a finish).
  3. Add finish options (for example Option A / B / C) with different materials or prices — up to five options.
  4. Optionally offer extras such as upstands or vein matching, or add custom add-ons.
  5. Save the quote.

  1. Open the quote detail page.
  2. Click Share quote to copy the public link (/public/quote/...).
  3. Send the link by email or your usual channel.

The customer opens the page, picks a finish and any extras, and saves their selection. They do not approve the job themselves — your shop still Approves in CutBench when you are ready.

After the customer chooses​

  1. Review the confirmed choices and updated total on the quote detail page.
  2. Approve when they have accepted.
  3. Send to customer if you also want the email/PDF on record — deposits follow your payment terms.
