Key rules
- Invoice — a deposit invoice is typically required before moving past this status.
- Templated — Xero sync can automatically advance jobs here when the deposit invoice is paid (if configured).
- Remedial — use for snagging or return visits before marking Done.
- Done — job complete; removed from active pipeline reports.
