Saved views
Filter the Jobs list the way you need it, then save that setup as a view so you can open it again in one click.
Who can do this
Anyone with Jobs access can:
- Use built-in presets and their own My views
- Save a personal view from the current filters and layout
Admins can also create and delete Shared views that everyone in the organisation can use.
Open a view
- Go to Jobs.
- Open Views in the header (next to Filters).
- Choose a preset, one of your views, or a shared view.
The list, board, or table updates to match that view’s filters and layout.

/dashboard/jobs)Save the current filters
- Set filters (and list / board / table) how you want them.
- Open Views → Save current as view…
- Enter a name.
- Choose Only me or Shared with shop (admins only for shared).
- Save.
Update or discard changes
If you change filters while a saved view is active, you will see Update and Discard:
- Update — write the new filters back to that view (not available on built-in presets)
- Discard — restore the view’s saved filters
Built-in presets cannot be edited. Save a copy as a new view instead.
Relative dates
Under Fit date or Templating date in Filters, use chips such as Next 30 days, This week, or Overdue.
These stay correct over time — they always mean “relative to today”, so a saved view like “Fit in next 30 days” does not go stale.
You can still pick fixed custom dates when you need a one-off range.
Built-in presets
Examples include:
- Assigned to me
- Ready to invoice
- Deposit unpaid
- Material not in house
- Open issues
- Fit in next 30 days
