Using the kanban board

The kanban board is the default jobs view and shows one column per job status.

Who can do this​

Users with Jobs permission.

Using the board​

  1. Open Jobs from the sidebar.
  2. Each column represents a status — cards show customer, site, schedule chips, and warnings.
  3. Drag and drop a card to another column to update status.
  4. Click a card to open the job details drawer for a quick view, or open the full job page.

Card indicators​

  • Templating / Fit chips — scheduled dates
  • Material status — whether stock is assigned or ordered
  • Deposit warning — deposit not yet paid while in Invoice status
