Email on jobs

Email customer conversations stay on the job timeline.

Inbound email​

Forward customer emails to your org address (jobs@{slug}.cutbench.io) or job-specific address (job-{ref}@{slug}.cutbench.io). See Email addresses.

On the job page​

  • View email threads in the Email panel
  • Reply to customers directly from CutBench (threading preserved)
  • Copy the piping address from the job card
