Inbound email
Forward customer emails to your org address (jobs@{slug}.cutbench.io) or job-specific address (job-{ref}@{slug}.cutbench.io). See Email addresses.
On the job page
- View email threads in the Email panel
- Reply to customers directly from CutBench (threading preserved)
- Copy the piping address from the job card
