Creating a job

Create jobs manually or import quote data from CounterGo/Moraware.

Who can do this​

Users with Jobs permission.

Steps​

  1. Open Jobs and click Add job.
  2. Select or create a customer.
  3. Enter site address, optional templating/cut/fit dates, and notes.
  4. Optionally import a CounterGo quote (PDF, quote number, URL, total).
  5. Save — the job appears in the first status column (typically Quoted).
tip

On Pro, if autoschedule is enabled under Settings → Scheduling, setting a templating date fills empty cut and fit dates from your shop lead times. See Scheduling (lead times).
