Connect Xero

Connect Xero so CutBench can push invoices into your Xero organisation and keep payment status up to date on jobs.

Who can do this​

Organisation admins, on your shop subdomain (for example yourshop.cutbench.io).

Steps​

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Open Xero and click Connect. Complete the Xero authorisation screen.
  3. When you send an invoice from CutBench, it is pushed to Xero (when push-on-send is enabled).
  4. Payment status updates automatically about every 15 minutes, or use Sync now.
  5. When a deposit is marked paid, jobs can advance according to your invoicing rules (for example to Templated).

Only one accounting provider can be active at a time. Disconnect another provider before connecting Xero if needed.

  • Send an invoice and confirm it in Xero
  • Mark paid in Xero, then Sync now
