Today queue
Today is a do-now list — not a second calendar. Use it to see what needs action without scanning every jobs column.
Who can do this
Users with Dashboard, Inbox, or Jobs access. What you see depends on your role:
- Office / admins — shop-wide blockers (overdue dates, unpaid deposits, materials, open issues) plus today’s schedule
- Templaters — today’s templating appointments, issues you own, overdue templating on your jobs
- Fitters — today’s fit appointments, issues you own, overdue fit on your jobs
Where to find it
- Home (Dashboard) — short Today list (up to five items) with a link to the full queue
- Inbox → Today — full list with snooze
Calendar stays the place for timed template / cut / fit appointments.
What appears on the list

| Overdue schedule | Template, cut, or fit date is before today |
| Deposit unpaid | Job waiting on deposit payment |
| Materials not ready | Cut or fit is today (or overdue) and materials are not in house |
| Open issue | Open job issue (office: all; field: ones you own) |
| Scheduled today | Template / cut / fit planned for today |

Snooze an item until:
- End of today
- End of tomorrow
- Three days from now
When the snooze ends, the item returns if the problem is still there. Fixing the underlying issue (resolve the issue, pay the deposit, reschedule, receive materials) removes it without snoozing.
