Inbox overview
The Inbox collects notifications that need your attention.
Who can do this
Users with Inbox permission.
Views
- Today — what needs doing (overdue work, deposits, materials, issues, today’s appointments)
- Unread — new notifications (badge count in sidebar)
- Archive — previously read items
Today queue
The Today tab is a do-now list, separate from notification Unread/Archive. A shorter version also appears on the Dashboard home. See Today queue for what appears, who sees what, and how snooze works.
Actions
- Click a notification to jump to the related job or page
- Mark as read individually or Mark all read
- Updates appear in real time without refreshing
- On Today, open a job from any row, or snooze until end of day / tomorrow / three days
