Files library

The Files library centralises photos and documents from jobs, customers, quotes, and operations.

Who can do this

Users with Files permission.

Features

• Filter by entity type (job, customer, quote, operation)
• Search by filename
• Pagination for large libraries
• Lightbox for photos
• Click a job file to open the job drawer
