Customers overview

The Customers area stores everyone you work with — homeowners, showrooms, and trade clients.

Who can do this​

Users with Customers permission.

Steps​

  1. Open Customers from the sidebar.
  2. Use Search to find customers by name, email, or phone.
  3. Click a row to open the customer hub with tabs for jobs, quotes, invoices, and more.
  4. Click Add customer to create a new record via the side drawer.
