Scheduling jobs

Click any job-linked event to open the job details drawer without leaving the calendar.

Lead times and autoschedule (Pro)​

Organisation admins can turn on lead times under Settings → Scheduling so empty cut and fit dates fill when you book templating (or cut). See Scheduling (lead times).

Steps​

  1. Open Calendar and choose your preferred view.
  2. Use filters to show only templating, cut, fit, or other event types.
  3. Click an event to open the job drawer — update dates or status from there.
  4. To change dates, edit the job properties or drag-reschedule where supported.
